To achieve effective communication and speed of examination of complaints (financial/administrative corruption) submitted to the General Directorate of Compliance, and the possibility of studying and responding to them with the utmost transparency and integrity.
Please make sure that the following documents are available with the submitted complaint:
- A copy of the ID card (proof that the complainant is one of the employees of the holding company or one of its subsidiaries)
- Completion of the person undertaking form, a copy of which you can download.
- Completion of the reporting form, a copy of which can be downloaded.
