The compliance function of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company and its subsidiaries is one of the foundations and factors of its success, as it plays a key role in maintaining its reputation and credibility and the interests of the public (internal) and the public (external), and providing protection from sanctions, through its contribution to the following:
- Prevent the risks of non-compliance, in particular systemic risks, reputational risks, and financial and legal sanctions risks.
