• The original approval of neighborhoods for cities and local councils for villages to connect electricity in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (119) of 2008 issuing the Unified Building Law and its executive regulations.
• - Or the original approval of the competent city authority for the cities affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority.
• - Or the original approval of the Industrial Development Authority or the Investment Authority for industrial projects in the industrial areas to which it belongsز
• A copy of the title deed or possession documented after perusal of the original.
• A copy of the building permit with its engineering drawing for the regulated establishments for which a building permit has been issued.

• The approval of the concerned authority to practice the activity, and in the absence of it, an acknowledgment is taken from the applicant that it is being extracted

• A copy of the license for the activity or the practice of the profession, as well as a copy of the tax card and the commercial register after reviewing the original, if any.

A copy of the identity verification for the nutrition student (national ID card) after reviewing the original
Approval of the competent irrigation general department for artesian wells’ motors or pumps in implementation of the provisions of Article (49) of Law No. 12 of 1984 promulgating the Irrigation and Drainage Law
A copy of the title deed or possession documented, including the name of the applicant for nutrition, whether he is a natural or legal person, after reviewing the original.

A copy of the decision or contract to allocate the location of the facility after reviewing the original
The approval of the competent city authority in the New Urban Communities Authority for the cities established by this authority to connect electricity, or the approval of the Industrial Development Authority or the Investment Authority with regard to industrial projects in the industrial areas it belongs to

The declarations signed by the delivery seekers are made in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (140) of 1980 regarding the cancellation of administrative certificates

In addition to the aforementioned documents, the delivery may require the completion of some of the following documents:

- Permits to dig roads and streets to lay cables and restore the thing to its original condition (if you request it).
- Railway Authority permit in case of trespassing on railway lines.
- Approval of the Ministry of Irrigation for the encroachment of waterways.
- Complete the company’s existing electrical supply connection request form (free of charge).
- Receipt of payment of the value of the assessment determined for the delivery of electrical power.
- Signing the standard contract for the supply of electrical energy to the applicant, provided that the applicant or his agent is given a copy of the supply contract.
