General Management of Training Quality Control

The concept of quality training: 

Is excellence in providing the required services effectively so that they are free of mistakes and defects and at the lowest cost and achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and live up to the expectations and desires of the beneficiaries of the service through continuous improvement in the components of the training process (trainer- trainee - training material) and compliance with the requirements and standards of performance

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Develop the terms, policies and procedures of the training quality and spread the culture of applying the ISO system in all categories and the training quality process in all affiliate training centers and motivate them to work with them.
  • Work to improve and develop the training quality procedures of and models currently in use in the company in a way that does not conflict with the general objective, laws and instructions.
  • Conduct internal monitoring and auditing of all training centers to ensure that they are applying these procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports as a result of follow-up and evaluation in the company and corporate training centers.
  • Implementation of regulations and instructions related to the application of these procedures and follow-up of their implementation.
  • Participation in the training employee performance appraisal by applying quality standards.
  • Inspection of training activities in the training centers of affiliated companies
  • Follow-up the evaluation of trainees after returning to work.
