Preface

Training plays an important and vital role for developing the performance of employees and upgrading their efficiency. Human resources are the main element of achieving goals, which requires developing knowledge, experience and goals continually, through the usual support for gaining new knowledge and technology.

 

Within the framework of the national plan for sustainable development, Egypt Vision 2030, Egypt has set development goals regarding the Economic Dimension including the Energy pillar aimed at ensuring the provision of advanced, sustainable and efficient energy services. Beside the Social Dimension, which includes the Education & Training pillar, aimed at availability of high quality education and training system to all.

Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) formed from 17 affiliated companies with specialized 22 training centers distributed geographically all over Egypt, with specialized instructors, workshops, labs, simulators, modern equipment and accreditations from the International Standardization Organization (ISO), that enables marketing for these facilities locally, regionally and internationally.
